Veemann MF-Z1 flowforged wheels
Engineered using our Motion Forged™ process, Veemann’s proprietary flow form technology, and featuring our VBT™ Zero Lip barrel, the MF‑Z1 combines two innovations to create a wheel unlike anything else on the market.
The result is a lighter and stronger wheel with cleaner lines that enhance its visual scale, improved clearance, and a bold OE‑inspired multi‑spoke design.
Motion Forged™ Process
Veemann Motion Forged™ with VBT™ combines our advanced flow form process with a unique zero lip barrel design. Using heat and pressure, the barrel is stretched over a drum to achieve a thinner, stronger profile. The result is a wheel that’s roughly 20% lighter than a cast equivalent, with strength and weight properties comparable to forged wheels.
The world’s first Motion Forged™ wheel with our Zero Lip barrel design (VBT™). Combining the performance benefits of flow forming, with the removal of the inner lip emphasises wheel scale and improving clearance.
